About Our Practice

At Carter Rehabilitation, we have state of the art strengthening, cardio and rehabilitation equipment combined with over 25 years of clinical practice. We can provide a positive, enjoyable experience with excellent outcomes for patients with orthopedic and neurological deficits.

Office Hours

Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Location

Our office is located in the Greentree Plaza at the corner of University Ave and South Milton Road near Busters Restaurant and Campus Coffee Bean. Parking is available both in the front and the rear of the building, with wheelchair access available through the rear entrance. View map.

We accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Workers' Comp and many other commercial insurance programs, in addition to Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
